BIG THANKS TO THE COMMUNITY FROM THE PAPAROA WAR MEMORIAL HALL
A big boost to Hall funds: KDC management appreciate our efforts to maintain the Hall for our community and have granted $10,000 (of the $25,000 required) from the Annual Plan ‘Community Assistance Policy - Capital Grants', towards resealing the carpark. KDC will also cover the cost of insurance for the 13 community halls recently handed back to community organisations to run. This is very pleasing indeed. In addition to this help, we are receiving wonderful responses to our call for donations from OUR COMMUNITY – thank you all very much for contributing already - and for your contributions coming soon. We would like to continue the interior re-paint to complete brightening of the hall.
